Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Our customers include people with visual, physical, cognitive and dexterity needs, so accessibility is not an afterthought on this website. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we aim to exceed that where it matters most to our customers.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
• Text is set in sizes and colours chosen for contrast, and the layout still works when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels, with generous spacing between them.
• Forms have visible labels above each field, clear error messages, and no reliance on colour alone to show a problem.
• The mobile Call and Send an Enquiry bar stays available while scrolling, but moves out of the way when you are typing so it never covers a form field.
• Any movement on the page is gentle, and switches off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Images that carry meaning have a written description. Decorative images do not.
• Heading structure is logical, so screen readers can navigate by section.

Known limitations

• Some images on the site are clearly marked placeholders while we gather genuine photographs of our equipment and team.
• We have not yet tested with every screen reader and browser combination; our testing so far covers current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari with VoiceOver and NVDA.
• Documents supplied by manufacturers are not published on this website, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
• Embedded third-party services, such as WhatsApp, are outside our control.

Telling us about a problem

If you cannot use part of this website, please call us on 01264 243124 or email info@pamobilityltd.co.uk and tell us what happened. We will do our best to give you the information another way — over the phone, by email, or in person — while we fix the problem. We aim to respond to accessibility issues within five working days.

How this statement was prepared

This statement reflects our own testing of the website, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader checks. It will be updated as the site and our testing develop.
