What happens next
- Tell us what is wrongFill in the form with the equipment, the fault and a contact number. It reaches our team straight away.
- We call you backWithin one working day we will talk it through, and tell you what we think it needs and what that is likely to cost.
- We agree a timeMost repairs are done at your home. If it is easier, you can bring the equipment to our base in Grateley.
- Fixed and checkedWe test the equipment before we leave, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is not worth doing.

If the equipment is unsafe to use
Please stop using it and call us on 01264 243124 rather than waiting for the form to be picked up. Stairlift breakdowns are supported around the clock through our sister company, P&A Lift Installations.
