Verified third-party reviews
We will link to our Google Business Profile once it is claimed and verified, so you can read reviews that Google has collected rather than ones we have chosen ourselves.
This link will be added as soon as the profile is verified. In the meantime we are happy to put you in touch with customers who have agreed to talk about their experience.
How we handle reviews
- We publish reviews in the customer’s own words, without tidying them up.
- We ask permission before publishing any name, initials or photograph.
- We do not invent testimonials, star ratings or customer photographs.
- If we got something wrong, we would rather hear it than hide it.
