Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry details: the name, email address, telephone number and message you give us when you use the website enquiry form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Order and service records: what we supplied or serviced, delivery and visit details, and any warranty or servicing notes.
• Website technical data: a small amount of information needed to run the site securely, and — only if you agree — analytics about which pages are used.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have asked to hear from us, and the date you told us.

We do not ask for medical diagnoses or other sensitive health information, and we ask you not to include it in the enquiry form. If a specific service genuinely requires it, we will explain why, what we need and how it will be handled before you provide anything.

Why we use it, and our lawful bases

• To answer your enquiry and provide the equipment or service you ask for — necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you.
• To keep proper business records, deal with warranties, and handle complaints — our legitimate interests in running the business properly, and our legal obligations.
• To send you marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To understand how the website is used — your consent, managed through our cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary: with our sister company P&A Lift Installations for stairlift and lifting equipment work; with payment providers, if payment is taken; with delivery partners; and with our website and email service providers who act on our instructions. Where any provider processes information outside the UK, we check that appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it up again if you return. Order, servicing and warranty records are kept for as long as we may need to honour a warranty or answer a query, and then as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information we no longer need, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
